• No fees or penalties will be assessed for cancellation or rescheduling of consultations.

5. Orders and Payments

• The remaining balance is due upon installation.

• After 3 days, orders cannot be canceled as they are custom-made to your specifications.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations after the 3-day cooling-off period.

6. Delivery and Installation

• Typical timeframes range from 3 to 12 weeks.
• We will provide you with an estimated timeframe based on your specific order.

6.2 Installation

• A responsible adult (18 years or older) must be present during installation.

• Custom products cannot be returned or exchanged except in cases of manufacturing defects.
